About us

Masons was established in 1974 as an agricultural machinery dealer and in 1985 became one of the first John Deere dealerships in the southwest. Further expansion of the product range came in 2000 when a garden machinery department was opened.

The opportunity to acquire the neighbouring John Deere dealership of King Farm Machinery, based near Dulverton, arose in May 2008. The combination of the two depots has given customers across the business access to a wider range of support skills and resources.

The business employees approximately 50 staff. We aim to provide a high standard of service for sales, parts and workshop to all customers whether agricultural, horticultural, leisure or domestic.

John Deere is the main franchise covering a wide range of products, from the industries leading tractor range, the gator utility vehicle down to the walk behind mower. Masons & Kings are also the main dealers in Devon, Cornwall & Somerset for the whole Rolland product range including dung spreaders & trailers, aswell as Pichon & BVL products. We also promote what we believe to be the best products on the market, including other suppliers such as Bailey, Albutt, Spearhead, Vaderstad, Amazone, Fleming & many more.
