Great success as our Senior Parts Manager reaches new heights!

Masons Kings Senior Parts Manager, Alex Cleghorn has successfully completed 3 months of intense training with John Deere.

Cleverly named “The Alpinists”, a climber of high mountains, this advanced level of Aftermarket (Product Support) training does just that.

It teaches participants how to reach new heights for themselves and their teams in innovative ways to increase performance, job volume and customer satisfaction within their dealerships.

 

 

Parts and servicing teams are critical for the success of any modern dealership like Masons Kings. Investing in people to lead these teams in the future is essential and part of this course is about having great leaders to coach team members to provide solutions themselves. We’re delighted Alex has performed so well on this course and is a credit to us all here at Masons Kings.

His great success has been fully supported by his team at all 3 of our stores and you can see Alex pictured below receiving his award from Philip Tong who was Alex’s coach from John Deere during the course with some of Alex’s team supporting him behind.
