John Deere 7R – Machine of the Year

More than two dozen of journalists of 20 international agricultural magazines and from across 11 countries have voted the new 7R to be the Machine of the Year 2020.

More than two dozen of journalists of 20 international agricultural magazines and from across 11 countries have voted the new 7R to be the Machine of the Year 2020. A result that John Deere are proud on, especially as it well rewards the tremendous efforts John Deere have gone through, in order to turn the 7R Gen2 tractor back into a success story within the European market.

 

 

The committee highlighted the “all new” approach, with up to 373hp wrapped into a compact and light design, making this an ideal tractor for transport applications. Moreover, the committee rewarded the fact that the new 7R features numerous advantageous/differentiating technologies, like:

– the new cab with CommandPRO and several other luxurious features that are setting a new benchmark in comfort

– AutoTrac Online, providing customers an offboard solution to plan and deploy guidance system relevant information within the Operations Center while including 5-years of wireless data transfer

– AutoSetup (to come in late 2020), providing a revolutionary time-saving solution allowing an easy one-button-go set up of machine, ISOBUS implement, job, prescription and guidance data

One thing is for sure – with the 7R we have no-one to fear. It’s GROW TIME
