Masons Kings Milestone: 500 Connected Machines

Overall

Our Integrated Technologies Team have hit a fantastic milestone for Masons Kings, hitting a whopping 500 Connected Machines, which is 150 growth from last year.

Why Connect?

Connected Machinery allows Centralised Connected Support Advisor, Shaun Hallett, to monitor customers agricultural & turf equipment in real time.

This helps identify:

  • Any potential issues proactively.
  • Accurate servicing/maintenance alerts.
  • Assurance to customers that their investment is always kept optimised ready for work when needed.

Once the above is identified, Shaun Hallett will contact the customer, allowing the machinery to be maintained to the highest standards possible.

This has been extremely well received by our customers.

Allowing Customers To Understand Capabilities

Tom Joslin, Integrating Technologies Data Consultant, has visited our connected customers with full reports, so they have the information at hand to best optimise their equipment and have the agronomic data to continue to improve their business.

We’ve had great feedback on our one to one time with our customers; listening to their challenges and advising on solutions using the JD Operations Centre Tools that are specific to them.

These solutions can include:

  • Compliance Data
  • Cost Savings
  • Yield Mapping Analysis

The Future Of Connected Machinery

As we look ahead, we now see this technology moving into Golf & Turf of which we are working closely on already with select customers.

Please do contact our Integrating Technologies Team for more information on where they can be of assistance.
