Designed for the maintenance of private estates, parks & large gardens, the  MTC-120-E ATV sweeper collector is ideal for collecting autumn leaves, grass clippings & scarifying debris.

Self-powered with a 5.5hp Loncin engine, or PTO driven and trailed. When full, the hopper is rolled over by means of a hand-operated winch to give a clean discharge on the ground. The hopper is finely balanced on the pivot point to ensure an easy roll-over while a spring-loaded pin secures the hopper in position when in operation.

This ATV sweeper can be easily changed into a paddock collector by a brush and tine kit.

When set up for synthetic use the TERRA BRUSH is suitable for brushing in sand and rubber crumb. It levels off and breaks down uneven surfaces; disperses rubber crumb and improves ball performance. Importantly it helps return bristles to standing position so that pitches and carpets look well presented. When set up for natural use it brushes in sand and top dressings very effectively. It can also remove dew and tidies and presents turf as it moves effortlessly over the surface.

The TERRA BRUSH works rapidly. Consists of four brush rows, two aligned perpendicular to the direction of travel and two in a zig zag arrangement. Such a formation allows an even distribution of sand, lengthwise and crosswise. Can be configured with 3 point linkage or as trailed versions. If the bristles become worn on one side after a long period of use, the attachable frame or tow bar can be reversed to ensure even and economical use. Optional spring tines are available for certain applications.

For surface cleaning of artificial turf surfaces. The TERRA CLEAN 100 is an effective entry level cleaner/ collector. Land driven, the Terra Clean 100 can be towed behind a wide range of utility vehicles from 12 hp without the need for a PTO. As no hydraulics or electrics are required it is favoured by those clubs or organisations with a small number of pitches to maintain. Readily manoeuvrable and at just 1.2m wide it is sufficiently narrow to pass through the gates of most facilities yet wide enough to cover a full size pitch quickly.

With a four brush rotor, it collects dirt, debris and some rubber crumb onto a mechanical vibrating screen. Next it efficiently separates the debris from the crumb rubber before returning infill back to the playing surface and retaining the debris in the 50 litre hopper. The windows of hopper cover allow the operator to see at a glance just how much debris has been picked from the surface. After use the drive can be disengaged so it is easily transported on and off the playing surface and from site to site.
