Herron H2 Grain & Root Crop Trailers

This technologically advanced and innovative range of Herron Grain Trailers, with a load capacity from 14 to 26 tonnes, has been designed and manufactured to an exceptionally high specification to meet the demands of harvesting. The H2 Grain Trailers are fitted with commercial axles, multi-stage single tipping ram for faster discharge, sprung drawbar, multi-leaf spring suspension, hydraulic slimline up & over grain door, extension boards, perspex front window, ladder and LED lights. Optionally, we offer a choice of brakes, steering axles, front work platform, rollover PVC cover etc. All trailers are shot-blasted and finished with durable two-pac polyurethane paint.

Herron Heavy-Duty Dropside Tipping Trailers – 9-15 Tonne

Herron Engineering offer a range of Basic Dropside Tipping Trailers from 2.5 tonnes to 6.5 tonnes. These compact trailers have a strong and sturdy structure and can be fitted with a single tipping ram and LED lights. All trailers are shot-blasted and finished with two-pack polyurethane paint to guarantee high quality and long-lasting resistance against corrosion. A wide variety of options such as bale extensions, excavator front loading system, hydraulic tail door latch and the choice of brakes and wheels, enables us to create a bespoke trailer that would suit each individual’s needs.

Rolland Rollspeed Trailer Range

The ROLLSPEED range contains 8 models. Recognized by their design, strength and variety of optional extra’s available. Volumes available go from 32 to 51 m3. Double UPN welded chassis as standard. Rollspeed chassis’ are made from two UPN steel channels welded face to face. This concept inspired by the construction industry, provides unrivalled strength.

Options include:

Rolland Rocker beam – The pivot of the balanced beam is offset with a 60:40 split which allows weight to be transferred to the tractor on the ring in difficult conditions. Both sides are independent giving greater stability on hilly ground. Lower centre of gravity with 13cm of movement in the wheels giving extra stability.

Rollfast -Independent hydraulic suspension on each wheel, stability and comfort on road, easy running across fields, respecting the soil with reduced fuel consumption. The Rollfast exists in 2 and 3 axles versions with steer or auto-steer with Roll Link options. Each wheel has independent hydraulic suspension. One cylinder and one hydro-pneumatic accumulator per wheel. The load is constantly equal on each wheel. Tipping stabilizer integrated as standard, front lifting axle as option on tri-axle. Comfort, stability, safety and respect for the soil. Optional rear steering, autolink, Rollink, front lifting on triaxle and auto-greasing. Wormed bushes as standard to facilitate greasing of the axle. Optional centralized greasing for both axles

All-Aluminium Extensions – Quick fit extensions available in 0.7 m or 1 m

High-Lift – Option available on Rollspeed models with rocker beam running gear only. Models 5830, 6332, 6835 and 7136.

Roll Link – The ROLL-LINK system invented by Rolland allows facilitating the hitch of the auto-steer cylinders of a Rollspeed, Rollroc, Rollmax or Ampliroll. The steer axle is permanently piloted by an embedded hydraulic circuit, with 1 or 2 cylinders placed on the drawbar and linked to the tractor via ROLL-LINK. The hydraulic circuit is closed and contains 1 or 2 nitrogen balls to maintain the pressure and absorb chocs.
