  • Logic BR150/180 UTV/ATV Ballast Rollers

Anywhere that needs a roller will benefit from having a BR150/180 – large enough to cope, but small and handy enough to make using it an easy option.

When used with an ATV, the low ground pressure of the towing setup means that the roller is excellent when a tractor would cause too much damage to the ground.

  • Logic Contact 2000 CTF Towed ATV Weed Wiper

All Contact 2000 models consist of the trailed brush unit with an offset draw bar facility and the chemical control system. The units can be supplied with a dedicated drawbar mounted chemical supply tank or if the customer also requires an on board boom sprayer, one of the Logic On Board Sprayer Range can be used.

The pump feeds the chemical at a controlled rate via the supplied control unit to ensure the correct saturation of chemical on the brush depending on the weed density. An override button can be used at any point to supply extra chemical to the brush to treat a more dense area of weeds.

With the height set correctly to target just the weed plants which require treatment, the unit is simply switched on to start the brush rotating and the unit is towed across the area needing treatment.

A bout marker is available to provide a visual indicator of the area covered, which is ground driven from the wheel of the Contact 2000.

Two or three gang units (5.0m and 7.5m widths) are available for covering up to 20 acres (8Ha) per hour, where higher work rates are required.

The Contact 2000 system ensures effective measures can be taken against many common weed species (e.g. rush, bracken, thistle, dock, nettles, etc)

Contact 2000 is suitable for use with many Environmental/Stewardship schemes and in addition meets the requirements for the Northern Ireland Farm Modernisation Programme (FMP) Quad/ATV weed wiper/lick F20 category

  • Logic MSH420 UTV/ATV Seed Harvester

The Logic MSH420 UTV ATV Seed Harvester has a 5.5hp Honda engine with a  centrifugal clutch which drives a 4′(1.2metre) rotary brush with 150mm long, stiff bristles, designed to sweep the seed heads it comes into contact with into the hopper. The harvester has been developed over a period of years to work on a wide variety of sites and conditions varying from moorland heather to wild flower meadows and coronation meadows.

The large 22×11-8 flotation tyres make it ideal for working on soft ground or rough conditions. The brush has two working height ranges and is variable between 0-350mm and 175-530mm which is suitable for the collection of the vast majority of seed types. The operator has the ability to adjust the height on the move via the switch box controlling the electric actuator, thereby accommodating varying plant heights. The seeds are automatically swept into the 600litre hopper. Once the hopper is full, or the operation finished, it is manually tipped 180 degrees to discharge the seeds into the three, fitted bags, ready for removal and further processing.

Logic also produce the MSH320 Seed Harvester which is a simpler version with a 300mm maximum sweeping height, primarily designed for wild flower seed collection. Please see MSH320 product information page for full details.

  • Logic MSP Pro-Sweep Collector

The Logic Pro-Sweep’s engine drives a 4′ (1.2 metre) rotary brush with 150mm long, stiff bristles, designed to sweep anything it comes into contact with into the hopper. It has a fine threaded height adjuster which is extremely easy to operate and setting the correct operating height takes just seconds.

The unit can be trailed behind any appropriate vehicle with a tow bar. A centrifugal clutch on the engine allows the engine to be started without engaging the drive system. During the sweeping operation the engine is set to full revs via the remote throttle to engage the drive system to the brush.

A rope and handle are supplied as standard to allow the operator to discharge light hopper loads from the seated position of the towing vehicle. Another option is to tip the hopper using the metal pedestal fitted on the rear corner. Finally, for heavy hopper loads, a manual winch is available as an option.

    Artificial sports surface maintenance

The Pro-Sweep fitted with a mesh-bottomed floor is the ideal machine for the regular maintenace of the level of the sand base on any artificial surface. The action of sweeping on any artificial surface helps to keep the pile upright to preserve the “natural” feel.

In addition to this important function the Pro-Sweep offers many other benefits such as constantly de-mossing the surface, collecting litter and general debris and in cases where the pitch is situated near a line of trees, collecting fallen leaves or pine needles.

    All municipal applications

The Logic Pro-Sweep is also ideal for any required sweeping task such as leaf, grass, pine needles or acorn collection. Other applications include collecting cartridge wads and broken clay pigeons, clearing large areas of litter eg.open air agricultural shows, concerts or festivals. All of these uses confirm that the Logic Pro-Sweep is a very versatile piece of equipment.

  • Logic MSP120 Trailed Pro-Sweep Collector

The Logic MSP120 ‘Pro-Sweep’ is the ideal machine for the regular collection of horse muck, grass and leaves helping to maintain healthy paddocks.

Since its introduction, Logic have sold thousands of sweeper-collectors, the prime use being for efficiently picking up horse muck, but the Pro-Sweep can be also used to clear parklands, caravan sites and sports pitches of grass clippings and leaves . The Logic Pro-Sweep combined with a suitable towing vehicle with just one person driving can be “ten times” quicker than by hand or with a vacuum system.

Driving over debris at approximately 5 miles per hour allows the 4ft sweeping brush to sweep the muck directly into the hopper. Once the task has been completed the hopper is unloaded in a suitable place with the tipping winch.

One very satisfied customer quoted “you have given me my life back” and this machine delivers that compared to any other slow and laborious method of collecting horse muck. Whether you have one or two horses and only do this job at weekends or you have 30+ horses and do it daily there is no better and faster way of collecting horse muck.

  • Logic Multi Feeder – LMF

Our standard UTV/ATV Multi Feeder LMF hopper has a capacity of 356 litres/320kg or with the extension hopper 625 litres/500kg (depending on feed type).

Logic introduced the original ‘Snacker’ (Snacka) more than twenty years ago and since then its design has often been copied but never beaten. It has been improved upon and developed and is now the Logic Multi-feeder.

The very simple, robust electrical system which operates the drop mechanism gives the Logic Multi-feeder the huge advantage of being able to drop piles of food a minimum of 10 feet apart which means the sheep have plenty of space to feed. This offers huge benefits to the livestock as it prevents any bruising of pregnant ewes as well as trampling or mis-mothering of lambs. The Multifeeder offers the same benefits of space between animals when feeding cattle – by driving slightly faster the feed is deposited further apart.

In addition, the drop quantity can be adjusted between 1lb and 4lb to meet ground conditions and flock/herd size.

There is a re-settable counter which is attached to the front carrier of an ATV or if a Land Rover/UTV is used, housed in the cab next to the operator – this means the operator can feed the stock on the move and the amount of feed is accurately monitored and controlled. This unit has excellent ground clearance with the design of the delivery chute preventing any build up of mud, snow, etc. which would stop the feed flowing efficiently.

All of these significant benefits are the reason why many satisfied customers have paid a premium for a Logic Multi-feeder over a drum feeder system.

Suitable for use with other vehicles such as pickups, 4X4s etc., the standard unit comes with 22×11-8 wheels and tyres although different wheel/tyre combinations are available depending upon individual requirements.

Mudguards and livestock fenders are also available, as are tonneau covers (different sizes for standard and extended hoppers).

  • Logic Off-road Tipping Trailer – STD

The SDT is an off-road ATV trailer designed for hard work and heavy duty tipping tasks. It benefits from a very strong all welded steel construction and has a fully hot-dip galvanised body. The tipping system is simple and strong, with flotation wheel and tyres (22×11-8) fitted as standard. There is also a turf tyre option if required. Swivel tow hitches and bead lock wheel rims come as standard for extra safety.

The SDT is an ideal, robust trailer useful in many different situations such as maintaining woodland pathways or golf course rough areas, moving rocks and gravel and carrying and tipping larger items such as bricks and logs.

A major advantage of the SDT is its low ground pressure and when used with an ATV, it allows access to the land in conditions that would be impossible with a tractor or even a 4×4.

The SDT is ideal for those construction or maintenance jobs in the winter, where you are travelling over the same area of land with a number of loads in less than ideal conditions – the low ground pressure of an ATV and the SDT ensures minimal ground damage and maximum work rate.

  • Logic Off-road Trailer – SST

The STT is a general purpose, off-road UTV or ATV trailer. It is a versatile asset and quickly becomes an almost indispensable tool – Dimensions: 1500 x 1000 x 380mm.

A major advantage of the STT is its low ground pressure, meaning that you can gain access to the land in conditions that would be impossible with a tractor or even a 4×4. The ability of an ATV and STT to almost float over the ground allows access to the land even when it is wet and muddy. This is particularly useful in situations requiring cross-compliance issues to be met. On arable farms, maintenance tasks can be carried out more quickly and efficiently and at the busiest times of the year the ATV and STT come into their own as service transport for combines and other large equipment.

The STT fits well into most farm applications. For the poultry farmer, for example, the low sides of the STT enables crates of chicks to be easily loaded. Anything from bags of feed through to fencing tools and materials can be carried from one side of the farm to the other in no time, with no damage to the ground travelled. Swivel tow hitches and bead lock wheel rims come as standard for extra safety.

Clever construction means that the STT has a wide variety of extension panel, headboard and tailgate options (either mesh or galvanised) allowing it to be easily converted for a number of uses. For example, extension sides, headboard and tailgate can easily make the STT into a very useful livestock trailer and when fitted with the Logic Stock-gate system, the STT can be separated into three partitions. These gates can be removed in seconds or parked flush against the sides to maximise the internal space. For applications where a dedicated stock trailer is not justifiable, an STT gives maximum flexibility at a cost-effective price.

The standard unit has low sides for easy loading and unloading. It benefits from a very strong, all welded construction and has a fully hot-dip galvanised body.

The standard construction features a strong, high quality timber floor which provides good grip for objects in the trailer although there is an option of an alloy tread-plate floor if required.

  • Logic Power Brush – UTS215HR

The Logic UTV Power Brush has a 1.68m rotating brush which is mounted onto a chassis that fits onto the front of a UTV.

The accurate brush height control is easy to set with a fine threaded height adjuster which means that brush wear is kept to the minimum. The standard unit is fitted with an electric lift raise/lower facility which allows the operator to place the brush in and out of work from within the cab via the wired remote control box.

The brush can be used straight or at varying angles to the left or right. This facility is also operated from the in-cab remote control box via a second electric ram.

The Logic UTS215 Power Brush has a 1.68m working width and a 5.5 hp petrol engine to provide ample power. The unit has a special end brush on one side which allows you to sweep right up to the edge of the kerb, building, etc. and can be set for left or right hand use. The brush is a quick-mount unit, designed to be used in conjunction with a Logic System 20 chassis. The System 20 chassis is mounted onto a suitable UTV (contact to determine the model for your vehicle) and this provides the basis for mounting various attachments, including snow ploughs with widths of 1.5m and 1.7m, a fixed, non-powered brush and a general yard scraper.

A useful addition to any UTV. It quickly and efficiently makes an impact when sweeping many surfaces from footpaths and roadways to yards and around buildings. The Logic Power Brush is extremely effective in clearing leaves, grit, mud and general debris as well as soft snow.

  • Logic Pro-Harrow – LPH

‍The strong ’tilling’ action of the Pro-Harrow enables extremely effective removal of moss and thatch from grassland areas as well as managing the surface of arenas and all-weather gallops. When using a harrow on grassland, the dead grass is removed and as the soiI is scarified, it stimulates the growth of healthy new grass – this process also helps when reseeding.

On your arena or on an all-weather gallop, the harrow can be used to quickly dress the surface and re-blend the components together. Care must be taken to ensure that the membrane underneath an all-weather surface has sufficient depth of covering material to prevent the tines from catching the membrane and accidentally tearing it. The tines have a maximum penetration of 150mm and so the depth of covering should exceed this, being no less than 180mm across the whole of the all-weather surface area.

  • Logic Surface Pro LSP150 – Trailed Arena Surface Conditioner

The Logic Surface Pro – Trailed Arena Surface Conditioner – has been designed with a light but strong chassis with large low ground pressure wheels, which makes it so easy to handle and can be parked or hitched up to a suitable towing vehicle in seconds.

Many of today’s arenas contain synthetic surfaces incorporating mixed fibres, washed silica sand and waxed coatings.  These provide a stable, dynamic and evenly compacted surface.

When you have invested a lot of money on such a sophisticated all weather surface it needs regular and careful grooming. This will maintain the structure and ‘feel’ of the surface and will extend the life of the facility.
