The Logic Surface Pro – Trailed Arena Surface Conditioner – has been designed with a light but strong chassis with large low ground pressure wheels, which makes it so easy to handle and can be parked or hitched up to a suitable towing vehicle in seconds.

Many of today’s arenas contain synthetic surfaces incorporating mixed fibres, washed silica sand and waxed coatings.  These provide a stable, dynamic and evenly compacted surface.

When you have invested a lot of money on such a sophisticated all weather surface it needs regular and careful grooming. This will maintain the structure and ‘feel’ of the surface and will extend the life of the facility.

    Features

    Standard Features

    • 1.5 metre width
    • Raise and lower by electric ram – with a control box switch, mounted close to the operator.
    • Depth adjustment – is controlled using a combination of rear roller, spring tine setting, into one of 3 holes and drawbar pitch.
    • Levelling Board – which is set in relation to the rear roller to provide a final levelling of material before consolidation by the rear roller. This is particularly useful on loose surfaces.
    • Adjustable drawbar for altering the hitch height to suit different towing vehicles.
    • Low ground pressure tyres 20 x 7-8 ensuring all round capability on hard and soft surfaces.
    • Swivel hitch with 50mm ball coupling.

    ‍Options

    • Perimeter Plough – used to draw in material thrown up around the side boards. It is attached to the main frame and incorporates a parking bracket to locate the plough when not in use. It features a rubber leading edge to prevent any damage when running along the side boards.
    • Alternative Hitches – e.g. Clevis, for use behind other suitable towing vehicles

Options include a choice of wheels alongside or wheels behind – this option improves access through narrow openings as well as allowing closer cutting up to walls/fences. Electric start and remote throttle controls are available.

      A flotation wheel option is available for softer conditions on wheels alongside models only. Please note that wheels-behind options do place significant additional loading on the drawbar, so ensure that the towing vehicle is suitable – a jack is provided to assist hitch attachment and removal.

      Anywhere that needs a roller will benefit from having a BR150/180 – large enough to cope, but small and handy enough to make using it an easy option.

      When used with an ATV, the low ground pressure of the towing setup means that the roller is excellent when a tractor would cause too much damage to the ground.

      The Logic UTV ATV MFP Flail Mower range comes in 1.2 and 1.5 m cutting widths. All models come with quick off-set drawbar, anti-scalping roller, engine kill switch and easy height adjustment.

      Options include a choice of wheels alongside or wheels behind (to improve access through narrow openings).

      Electric start and remote throttle controls are available. Standard flails or fine grass flails can be specified as a factory-fit option on ordering.

      A flotation wheel option is available for softer conditions on wheels alongside models only.

      Please note that wheels-behind options do place significant additional loading on the draw bar, so ensure that the towing vehicle is suitable. A jack is provided to assist hitch attachment and removal.

      The Logic flail mower is robustly made to tackle tougher mowing/topping tasks and is very useful for general field use, verges, orchards and footpaths. The anti-scalping roller prevents bald patches and the cut material is evenly distributed over the full width of the machine.
